Cell c does not care
I have sine September tried to get my number back as my phone was lost, and when i go in to the Cell c in Carnival mall, they are either off line or have no cards.i went again on the 29th of Jan, and explained the situation. That I have a disabled son who needs to go for check ups and the Dr's has that number. I had that number for about 8 years all together. So they said it might not have been so important if I only came to get my number now. So I told them i have been there several times. Everytime another story.I even asked them if they gave my number to someone else yet and they said no.But they cant help me. If anything happens to my son because I can't be reached by his doctors. I am holding Cell c accountable.

31 Jan 2019, 10:47Hi all I need is my old number back, I will even go back to Cell c just to collect the Sim card, I changed from another network to be with Cell c, I cant remember all the call that was made in June last year, because Cell c say that the can only pick up calls from then, I have been trying my best just to get my old number back. It is very important that the doctors get hold of me, The Dr's numbers for my son was also saved on that Sim. I just don't understand what it can take off Cell c just to give me my number back. I was even begging at the Cell c in Carnival and it is still registered on my ID number on their system.
