CELL C DOES NOT CARE!!
If you misplace, lose, or get your cell phone ****** forget about getting your number back with Cell C!! I've been on the phone with them for the past TWO DAYS trying to get a simple prepaid SIM swop done because I was hijacked on Sunday night. The process has been the most tedious experience ever and just unhelpful whatsoever. It's the third number I have to change with Cell C because each time they fail to assist me. I am exhausted of trying - I almost lost my job because they couldn't reach me at work, while I've been struggling to get my number back.
I'm annoyed and quite frankly hurt by how Cell C has treated me as a loyal customer. Thinking to join Cell C? DON'T, unless you visiting for the day.
