Cell C Does not care

I have been trying to buy a Sony E4g from Cell C for 2 weeks. I went to the store at Carlswald Midrand and was told to drive to the Woodmead Headoffice. I get there and they do not have stock and the display phone cannot be charged. Staff do not care and say they cannot do anything. I logged a complaint on their website and a person called me yesterday. She could not help me and said she would call me back. I still have NOT received the call. Its seems that Cell C does not want my business and that their staff do not care. They spend money on campaigning for new business but cannot take care of their current customers. Disgusting service.
