Cell C does not call back
On two occasions I used the Cell C online request for a callback regarding an upgrade and despite the messages indicating that someone from upgrades will call back shortly - it's been a week and no one has called. It's frustrating having to deal with their customer service center at times and now this adds to the poor service.
