Cell C does not allow us to dial 086 and 0800 numbers on contract.

I'm really unhappy with Cell C's policy that if you on a contract with them you cannot dial 086 and 0800 numbers. Do they realize how many emergency numbers and call center's still use these share-call and toll free numbers. I asked if it was not possible to even charge me on my contract if I dialed these numbers and the answer is a simple no. This is crazy. Now I have to phone friends on other service providers and ask them to dial these numbers for me, as how many of us have a landline at home. I honestly feel Cell C should change this policy and would really like feedback from them on this matter.
