Cell C does it again with their bad service

I have been approved for a contract for a laptop Hauwei Matebook D14 i5 coming with a fibre line for R899 per month, it has been approved on the 9th Feb 2022, I have been sent to pillar to post without any assistance, now I would like to know, do they intend to assist me or what??? Ive been told by numerous consultants that delivery is expected from the 18th Feb, but till today, no delivery has been made. They are frustrating me because no one seems to be liasing with the courier company to find out what is wrong, I am super dissapointed in how they are conducting their services as this is not the 1st time they have done this to me. Ive been a loya customer for so many years and im starting to lose my faith in them. Can someone please sort my issue out ASAP!!!!!
