Cell C does it again

i have been a very faithful customer to cell c for the past 11 years.But this year when i was due for a upgrade,i refused to upgrade because of the services that cell c gives us.so close to my termination date, cellc phones me & tells me they have a good deal for me.Hwawei P8 Lite for R169,you get R100 airtime and 100mb data per month.i took the deal as it seemes reasonable and affordable.the consultant told me it was a daily special.they delivered my phone within 24 hours.only to get billed this month for the FREE DATA i was suppose to receive.when i phone cell c the agents are so rude and arrogant.they said they have logged a complaint and i need to be patient.***.i am totally disappointed as to how they tell us something is free and then be charged for it.<br> they dont even explain the packages to you properly.<br> I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH CELL C AND ITS MANNER OF TREATING AND ATTENDING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS
