Cell C Does it Again
Cell C are always advertising how they are cutting costs so that customers port their numbers or take out new contracts with them. That is true. What they hide in small print in their contracts, is that they can increase the rates anytime that they want to, even though you signed a 2 year contract for certain fees.<br> Cell C have just done that to all their contract customers. Increase the rates.<br> You only catch me once. As soon as this contract is over, I will port my number to another service provider.<br> In 15 years of cellphone contracts, I have never had this happen. This is a total lack of integrity

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
