CELL C DOES HAVE POWER IN THEIR HANDS

Cell C / Vincent You guys Rock!!!<br> <br> I am in the process of requiring a bond, And to my shock I was informed of being listed wrongfully /unfairly although I cancelled my Cell C contract 1 year ago.<br> <br> I contacted Vincent of Cell C and provided accurate information and correspondences regarding such cancellation procedures.<br> <br> Vincent assured me that should I believe in him and his team and communicated every day with me over the past 3 days to getting this resolved.<br> <br> On day 4, I received a written confirmation letter from cell C apologizing for the wrongful listing and confirmation to remove such error from my credit record.<br> <br> I would like to thank all the Cell C staff involved in this process but Especially Vincent '' The power is in your Hands'' and you are an excellent example of the high standard of service to your clients.<br> <br> I truly believe that if we treat the staff with respect they deserve and get our facts correct, Cell C will go the extra mile for their clients to resolve any issues.<br> <br> Cell C should the opportunity arise in the future to do business again I would certainly reconsider.<br> <br> Now I can go buy my house as Cell C '' has put the power in my hands once again ''<br> <br> Reg
