Cell C ***** data deals...BEWARE

I purchased a Cell C Giga 200 prepaid on 28/07/2014. The entitles the user to 50 Gig standard time and 150 Gig from 12-6 in the morning. By the 08/03/2015 I was informed that the standard data was finished. I found this hard to believe as most of my downloads are done using the non standard data.<br> <br> I called the centre on 12/03/2014 and spoke to Nombuso Sithole who told said that she cannot supply me all the records to prove this as it was prepaid and she only had records for 3 months. She also stated that why I did not call Cell C last year to dispute this. Well, I called because I had a problem now. When I asked to speak to her manager, she put me on hold for more than 20 mins and then I was cut off.<br> <br> I then went to the cell C branch in Liberty mall on 17/03/2015 whereby they placed a call for me on *** and said they will send me the records but nothing was done. I then had another called placed on 25/03/2015 on *** and as once again promised to have the records sent and to this date...nothing.<br> <br> If you are claiming that customers have used this data, then you need to prove it. If you cannot prove it, then you must refund. Its that simple. Get a life Cell C.
