cell c do not update records!

i was told that i owe cell c because of the mistakes they made, i decided to make the payments but on my credit report it is still shown as nothing has been paid. i was told to call legal department, but nobody answers. i sent through the relevant proof of payments, with no success still! can this please be sorted out, i dont want to be told i owe anything when i have made the full outstanding amount!
