Cell C do not respond!
During January 2021 a *****ulent transaction was made in my name with Cell C. I reported the matter to the SAPD and Cell C. In September 2021 I was requested by a debt collector to pay the outstanding amount on this Cell C account. Cell C ***** department requested documents from me. I was contacted by Cell C's CFO and assured that the account was closed. Now I’m requested by a new debt collector to pay the outstanding Cell C account. I have sent all the documents to the debt collector without letting up! Cell C ***** department does not respond to my calls or emails. This has been going on for too long now.
