Cell C do NOT replace new phones within 7 Days of purchase

<p>My Wife took out a new contract from Cell C the 28 December 2016. The NEW phone froze and kept on restarting the 3 January 2017. I took it to Cell-C Kollonade the 4 January 2017 just to find out that Cell-C does not replace a NEW phone immediately even if it is still in a "7day out of box" garuantee, as the sales rep axplained to us.</p> <p>Cell-C can't give my wife n phone to use for the next 7-21 working days that they will be taking to decide if they will give her a NEW phone.</p> <p>This means, even thaugh Cell C is advertising a 7 Day out of box guarentee, this does not exist. My problem with this is, if Cell C do not want to replace my wife's phone that broke within 7 days of purchase, (as the guarentee states) I feel they need to give her a phone to use in the meantime. Or they should freeze the payment.</p> <p>None of these things can be done.</p> <p>If there were any way that we could stop the contract without penalties, I would have.</p> <p>I am at another service provide and I warned my wife against Cell C.</p> <p>My Qeustion is, why do you falsly advertise a 7 day out of box guarentee on NEW phones if this does not exist?</p> <p>If any person should ask me again: "What cellphone service provider I would suggest!".
