Cell C - do not know how to cancel contract

Phoned from Alberton City Cell C shop to cancel my contract on the 3 February 2015. One month later, I came to the realisation that my contract was not cancelled with Cell C and was put on a month to month contract. I do not want to be with Cell C anymore. I do not feel liable for any additional payments that should occur from the 1st of March 2015, afterall this was a CELL C Error and not mine as I did phone in to cancel my contract. <br> Since 2 March 2015 I'm struggling to cancel my contract with Cell C because they cant find anything and the people in the retention department cant keep to their promises to phone back to make a follow up. I've been on hold now for 15 minutes, no reference number only ugly music in my ear. <br> <br> NO ANSWER NO ANYTHING.<br> <br> Apparently i can't complain about service as i didn't receive any service.<br> <br> HOW DO I CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH CELL C PROVIDER IF THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THEIR OWN COMPUTERS IN FRONT OF THEM. <br> <br> By the way Cell C: Cell C shop number in Alberton City is : ***<br> <br> My first reference number was apparently the date??? 150203???
