Cell C do not have spare phones to lend customers whose phones are faulty.

I have just renewed my contract with cell c and my phone is faulty. I took it to the store that supp**** it and reported the problem which was confirmed by the representative. I had to hand my phone in and be without a phone for whatever period of time it took to repair. They did not have a phone to lend me. I am now struggling along with a faulty phone as Cell C are adamant they cannot help me.
