Cell C — do better.
I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience with Cell C. On 14/08/2025 at around 15:58, I spoke to an agent named Nakedi for 29 minutes. Not only did the agent fail to disclose their full name, which is basic customer service protocol, but I have since been bombarded with repeated calls telling me I owe money — even though I’ve already addressed this issue.
I asked for clarity and even suggested making a double payment just to put this harassment to rest, but I have received no resolution. Instead, I am left with stress, wasted time, and no clear answers.
If Cell C cannot provide transparent, respectful, and solution-driven service, then they have no regard for their customers. This is the kind of treatment that drives people away from a brand.
