Cell c dissatisfaction

I did an upgrade over the phone and Cell c sent me wrong device, I returned the device still sealed but cell c never removed the from my name. I have called support centre and went to number of cell c shops around town and none seem to be able to assist. Logged queries asking them to cancel my contract eish cell c giving me the run around. Now I am on a month to month contract and unable to terminate...
