Cell C Dissappointment
My phone was moved over to an open line without me asking to do so which resulted in an awful balance which came out of nowhere!!! (I logged a separate complain about this!)
After speaking to about seven different operators to get to the bottom of this error I asked that they change my account to avoid this mess happening again.
I just got a message saying that my request was not processed and that I needed to LOG IT AGAIN!!!!!
Can someone please sort this mess out!!!
