Cell C disregard Client's concern and complaint

I am still waiting for Cell to call me with regard to none-delivery of my router, ever since the caller indicated that he will get back to me with full audio recording of a call when a package was sold to me. Cell C is so unprofessional and ill-treat me as a client.
