Cell C dismal Customer service to their loyal customers

Cell C has poor Customer Service when it comes to their Loyal Customers, they trick people into upgrading into a contract and make you pay for something you did not request. I have been charged amounts am not certain with, when i call to inquire on them no one gives me a valid answer.

Cell C has been a living hell into my life for the past 2 months and nothing has been done about it, no customer care no nothing.

Am changing into other network.
