CELL C - dishonest, ***********, *******

<p><br />Like a good customer I advised Cell C of the new bank details for my debit order. But 'Sando, Dumisa and Thandi' all advised that it was 'too late' as the debit order was due in 2 days (REF: ********** ********** 27). They were all lying.</p> <p> </p> <p>Call Centre Manager (Muhammed Cassiem) explained the magtape had already been sent to the bank and so it was 'not possible to stop the debit order' (He was also lying).</p> <p> </p> <p>He advised that I should pay the account by EFT before the due date (15/6) and send the proof of payment. He said in this way my account would be paid on time and Cell C would waive the returned debit order charge; and this would prevent any penalites.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately made the payment of R1192.94 by EFT on 13/6 and sent the proof of payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 16/6 Cell C app**** the debit order to my new bank account ... and so charged me twice.</p>
