CELL C DISGUSTINGLY USELESS
Trying to speak to a customer care consultant. After automatic responce telling you that you might hang on longer than usual and can email them if you can not hold on...I've been listening to the same jingle now for 52min!!! Clearly Cell C thinks that by providing an email alternative this excuse them from not answering incomming calls to their "customer care" number. So this number basically only serve as an aswering service to instruct customers to email them instead...for who has time to hold on for an hour or more to be served!!!! I find this disgusting and totally unacceptable from a telecommunications company!!! Cell C you are pathetic and useless!!!

Problem sorted...but don't think Cell C deserves any credit in this case. It was a simple matter that should have taken max 5 min to get sorted...Only got a responce from the customer service email after *****ing on here about that too...
