Cell C Disgusting service and ************ business

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart, the kind of business Cell C conducts is appalling I'm even shocked that these kind of people are still allowed to run a business they are not so different to a ponzy scheme, I was contacted by a cell c consultant to sell me one of those R99 contracts they were promoting in 2016 so I decided to take up the offer for my son . 2018 the contract ended and I did not renew the contract. To my knowledge the contract was cancelled till I got s shock of my life when I app**** for a bond and was told cell c handed me over to a debt collector called new debt, so I ended up paying R1400 to pay what I was allegedly owing. I contacted the debt collectors and emailed them the proof of payment and requested for a paid up letter which did not happen.3 years later Cell C still has me blacklisted for an account that was paid off telling me I have not paid the amount I was told I owed even after sending them the proof of payment countless times. I am busy applying for a bond and they are picking up that cell c still hasn't removed ne from their systems I have been calling and emailing cell c for a whole 3 years to fix my record that I have been keeping squeaky clean for so long, I am defeated because there are no competent consultants or managers able to resolve my issue that has been dragging for so long, I reported them to the ombudsman and they too were useless because they just referred me back to cell c the same people who don't know what is happening in their own company. I contacted cell c again in September and spoke to a consultant called Evodia who promised she will escalate my matter and I emailed her the proof of payment and was given a reference number #*** and she has since today not responded to me and everytime I call in I'm told my matter will be escalated and a new query is logged but no one can resolve a simple issue, I have the proof of payment and they still don't want to remove me from their records that still show that I am still owing the same amount I paid up 3 years ago. I urge you all to not fall into the same trap that I fell into and dont ever do business with cell c they are extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Now I need to raise money to get a lawyer to take on cell c because my request word is affected by these ****** fools trying to milk money off innocent hard working people.
