Cell C disgusting service

They don't deserve a rating all all. They are not worth even one star. I logged a complaint more than a month ago, someone by the name of Moses Mo***eng called me and said he will follow up and get back to me. To date I'm still waiting for him to get back to me... All I get is messages to say that my query is being followed up. I even asked for the CEO's email address Douglas Craigie Stevenson so that I could email him I get replies to say they don't give out employees details... I don't even know if their CEO is aware of the disgusting service customers recieve. I'm hoping that this gets some attention and someone is able to get to the end of my query.
