Cell C disgusting service
I app**** for my upgrade on the 9th of April till now still waiting. When I call call centre some agents have told me other customers have received their phones not sure why I haven't, I keep hearing the same lame excuse of no stock. This excuse is now ridiculous. When I called Thursday was told I might receive it Friday and I'm still waiting. Customer service is disgusting and your client service needs some training. I am ready to cancel my account.
