Cell C - disgusting service

If I could give a zero, I seriously would. I have never been so humiliated and annoyed by a supplier as I have been by Cell C. I just want a simple upgrade and have to suffer phoning them and following up constantly just to receive different answers and getting pushed from pillar to post. Your consultants always sound annoyed and depressed which is so **** to deal with. Your consultants are not willing to assist or go the extra mile to help customers.

I have been a customer with Cell C for over 10 years. I have enjoyed your products and even got a TV through them, just to be very disappointed and treated in a disgusting manner when asking for a legitimate upgrade.

Shame on you!
