CELL C - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I am DISGUSTED with the service I have been getting from Cell C as a paying customer!! I have been struggling for two weeks to move my Wifi from my old house to the newly moved in place....everytime a consultant phones me regarding ONE email and all they say is "We will investigate and give feedback" and then they put the phone down after I have asked numerous times to be put through to management. Yesterday I was promised an email and a follow up call from the MANAGER.

They are quick to make a sale, but when it comes to actually delivering a good servise to a PAYING CUSYOMER they are nowhere to be found or not even prepared to assist in ANY WAY!!!

I SAY AGAIN.....THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CELL C. I have NEVER missed a month of paying my bill or ever complained about anything, but this is ridicilous!!
