Cell C disgusting service

I would never refer or let anybody take a contract with Cell C. They are *****es and dishonest. Here is my story below. When I phoned them today they now lying and saying they can't find my voice recording. Meanwhile when one cancelling their contract they are quick to forward your call to their retentions to try sell you product. They actually niglect to process your request as a client.

I am disappointed with Cell C under hand techtics of doing business.

1. You don't send a reminder to customers reminding them to renew or cancel contracts

2. When one does cancel like myself two months ago, you don't cancel and continue to charge my bank account.

3. You harras and hound us with constant marketing calls at least 4 times daily even after the potential customer has said not interested.

Please kindly refund the R200 debited from my account as my last payment R165 and I had cancelled my contract by calling 084143.

Please remove me from you marketers list I want nothing to do with Cell C.
