Cell C: Disgusting Organisation Indeed

I am super disgusted with Cell C, I have made numerous complaints about this organisation and how do NOT have a contract with them and how I would NEVER have a contract with such an UNORGANISED Organisation. I have escalated to their so called ***** department and still have not received feedback. Clearly they run their business on RECKLESS Lending and do not adhere to the National Credit Act. How can you give someone a contract phone without verifying all the necessary details? Someone clearly forged my details and guess what Cell C gave that person a contract phone without even verifying.

Now Cell C claims I owe them a phone, they have even gone to the extent off adversely affecting my Credit standing at the credit bureau, plus now I am even receiving Harassing calls from their debt collectors. The funny thing is, I do not have a contract with Cell C.

I worked so hard to get my credit scoring at a good place, now I am doing a back and forth with Cell C and I am not getting anywhere. Cell C even refuses to give me a copy of the contract I allegedly signed.
