Cell C disgusting customer service

I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for many years. Never missed a payment. I have now for the first time lost my job and requested a payment arrangement so my line doesn't get disconnected as I need to look for other employment opportunities. They basically told me that they need the full payment and cannot assist me at all. Refused that I talk to a manager of some sort as this person doesn't own a telephone. I have to say that it is disgusting how loyal customers get treated during a difficult time. Even though I am unemployed I still wanted to commit to a payment, but it was just refused point blank. Needless to say I will not have anything to do with this company again.
