Cell C disgusted customer

Absolutely disgusted in service received from cell C Call Centre, call centre agents have no professionalism, I did a upgrade on the 2 January 2024, to date I have received nothing, I have canceled the contract yesterday and opted to do the upgrade I store, now it's a back and forth each consultant has a different story, I'm so gatvol of the putrid service experienced. This is not the first time last year same thing happened, tried to do a upgrade and cell C has no stock, I have been a cell C customer for nearly 20 years and have experienced **** service. I have complained via customer service help desk and they just as hopeless...don't go the cell C route..just yesterday a Facebook memory of 11years ago popped up...and guess what..it was cell C ****py service...so it's been coming on forever
