Cell C - Disgraceful

I would just like to voice my disappointment in Cell C in general - no customer service and the walk in shops are useless. I renewed my contract in December 2019 and I should be paying +- R900 per month, but so far every month my account is R1,400 I have called the call centre and have gone into to Cell C Cape Gate every month since March 2020 and they say from the following month I will pay R900 but they can't tell my why I am being charge R1,400 every month instead of R900 - I check weekly and there are no subscriptions on my contract. And they also say they will take debit order on the 1st of every month but ends up been on the 4th, in short it is a different date every month even though I requested the 1st. And I never receive statements no via post or email even though I have given them my email address about 6 times already - they always say from next month you will get your statement via email, this never happens. I will definitely be cancelling my contract when my contract ends - Cell C is a disgrace.
