Cell C Discriminating people under debt review
I have been a client of Cell C for more that 10 years, and have 3 contracts with them. I phoned them to upgrade on one of my contracts as it's due for an upgrade. Now they tell me that it's declined because I am under debt review. What I don't understand is that I previously upgraded on my other contracts whilst being under debt review, and no problem. I never missed one payment on my debit orders, and now being discriminated for being under debt review...

05 Nov 2021, 12:27Yes that is understandable, but this is not new credit, its an upgrade (actually a down grade) seen that the upgrade is less than what I am currently paying.
In January 2021 I upgraded on my other line whilst under debt review with no problem, no you are not able to...
So If your contract expires, Cell C will stop my services? because by not cancelling then that will also be considered as new credit?
