Cell C discriminate against me
Cell C declined my contract upgrade just because I'm under Debt review. My Cell C contract is not part of my Dept review process. Even though I'm under Debt review I paid my monthly premium every month on time. I feel Cell C discriminate against me. What can I do about this?

When I questioned this, your office told me the qualifying score and creteria is determined by your credit vetting team.
I mailed your office my 4 months banking statements and 3 months payslips where your office can see for themselves I can afford my future monthly upgrade installment. Yet your office still declined my upgrade application.
Kind Regards

08 Feb 2021, 20:51Hi Gregory
Unfortunately according to the National Credit Act it would be against the law to provide you with further credit whilst under debt review. You will have to settle all your existing debt before you will be able to apply for further credit.
