Cell C disappoints again
Cell C just felt the need to increase my monthly premiums and when querying this the attitude was we can do what we want - read your contract. When saying I want to cancel my contract with this HORRIBLE service provider I was told I need to pay a commitment fee - HAVE YOU EVER!!!! I've always heard about Cell C being the worst service provider however now I've experienced this first hand. I will not pay this increase as I am almost at the end of my contract and now Cell C just feel like increasing the premiums. If I have to move banks so that the debit order gets returned then so be it - I am more than willing to do that!!

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
