Cell C disappoints
Cell C announced their new recharge bundles with great fanfare and so they should because the value is good. The problem occurs when you try to buy it. I am unable to buy it at any store other that a Cell C store which there is not in Plettenberg Bay where I find myself currently.
The website shows the bundles but I can't get it into my shopping cart. Their online chat refers you to customer service who refers you to a cell C store or their app. Come on Cell C!
In my opinion and I have had many of my friends change to your network as I consider it the best value for money and customer service. But this? Sorry I have to give you one star.
