Cell c disappointment

Cell C has no sense of urgency when handling customer complaints. They debited my account twice, I reported this and submitted all necessary documentation and even went to their Eastgate branch to follow up and my issue hasn't been sorted. When I call, I'm transfered from agent to agent and nobody's giving me a concrete answer. This was end of September, we're now in November
