Cell C disappointment
I bought a new phone its barely 2 months old. It broke and i took it in for repairs now they refuse to fix the phone and say it was my own fault. While I know for an fact its not. I'm so disappointed in Cell C. I pay a lot of money per month for a phone and been with cell c for many years. And this is the service you get in return

25 Jan 2024, 07:32Baddest experience we ever had. Cell C. We bought n expensive phone from them. In two months the screen have a black spot on the hinge and the bottom part of phone doesn't work. We took it in to Cell C. On the job card the lady said phone in good condition. Then we receive a call from Cell C saying phone misused by us and phone in bad condition. Screen cracked and whole screen loose. We even got prove when handing in phone with photos. Now they refuse to repair phone on warranty. Never again i will do business with a company like CELL C. POOR SERVICE
