Cell c disappointment

I am utterly disgusted with cell c I was called numerous times to be thanked by agents for excelling on my 6 contract payments and was offered upgrades I explained that I would like to continue with 3 of the contracts but cancell the others and not upgrade I was told to contact cancelations which I tried for months to get through to the agents but was always told I am failing my security checks, I was fuming as it so strange that I'm immediately passing the security checks to enquire my amounts owing per contract but when I go through to cancelations my details are incorrect and I'm failing the security check, it's so disappointing as I have had 6 contracts which never had a missed payment and to receive this kind of service from cell c is disgusting
