Cell C disappointment 😞
Been loyal for a long time with Cell C and been upgrading my contract with them. Recently I have had a rather disappointing experience with them, my monthly dues after canceling one of my contracts they decided to increase the premiums without any communication. I logged a query and was promised a call from a team leader this has not happened till now. 0 communication, I asked that I be sent records of me getting communication if the claim they sent it out but nothing has been furnished to me. I was also told of changes made to my account of which again there was no communication, they told me I was on over spend yet last I checked I had capped it.

21 May 2024, 18:29Well Cell C unable locate the communication they say they sent out last for increases specifically with me yet they said would provide. It had to be "escalated" so they say. What is going on with the network provider that I have trused for years??? My wife has been complaining as well but I'd defend Cell C thinking she might have missed something until it happened to me.
