Cell c disappointing

Hi, I am very disappointed with Cell C. I recently got myself a cellphone contract with cell c . In February my phone needed a software update which I did . But after that update y cell c sim was not work , which I went to cell c shop in Carlton centre and I was advised to get anew sim card and I called the call centre to assist with activation which I paid for that activation ...I was told they cannot do anything about it the sim card was damage. I didn't have a problem. Today I just updated my software again because my phone required an update. My sim has not been work after that update. Iam not happy because I called the call centre I was told I need to buy again another sim card and pay for activation fee. Mind me I am using those card dual sim why am I not experiencing this with vodacom I have used it 18 yrs updating my software everytime but I don't have a problem with the sim card. Itis working fine. I need someone whose got knowledge to assist to contact me or else I will just forget about cell c

Still haven't received any assistance from cell c , I was told to give them my number privately which I did and I was told my number was active the person clearly did not read as I have explained what happened. I am so disappointed with cell c ...how they handle situations. I emailed even customer care but no response I was promised they will sort this out. Worse service.
