Cell C disappoint again and again

After wrongfully deducting R1600 and taking airtime Cell C thinks it’s sufficient to give back airtime and refunding R450 of the amount. Absolutely ludicrous!! After one call with promises to get back to me they now TELL me this is what it will be!
