Cell C Disappearing Data Trick

Bought 7 day data cos fibre line down, 1gb per day split into day and night data. Data was loaded the 1st day but not the following 2 days so far. I called and the support staff are so untrained in their job. Anyways they say the data was used this morning however I kept it off on purpose to check the reload of new data for the day, it was not loaded. Then eventually they tell me I used some data and magically I get around 240mb not the 500mb as per the voucher. I then purchased 250mb from Mtn to test something. Why does my Mtn data last so much longer than my cell c data? 🤔 Doing just outlook and whatsapp. They then promised to send me the data usage report, been 2 days now, nothing, pathetic. And they said someone more senior will be in contact, still waiting too. This is the last data I will ever be purchasing from hell c
