CELL C Direct - useless service - order goes undelivered

I have completed an upgrade with Cell C on the 19/01/2021, I received the smsm notification from the courier company on the 21/01/2021 that the laptop would be dellivered to me on the 21/01/2021, through Couier It, i contacted couroer It 3 times during the day waitign on the ETA of the driver adn my laptop, the second time, the courier company advised that they could nto get a hold of the driver at that time, this was at past 12 on the day, i called them again at somethign to 4, the driver still had nto delivered the parcel, only for the courier company to advise me that the driver had been hijacked and Cell C would be in touch with me the next morning. I contacted Cell C the next morning and queried the delivery of my laptop, they advised me that the courier company had said that there was missing paperwork from me hence the package was not delivered, which is an absolute lie as the driver had never even been to my residence for me to accept the delivery. i have been contactign cell c every single day for the delivery of the laptop as my daughter needs it for the start of university and to prepare for classes, yet no one at Cell C can advise me of a turn around time and no one bothers to communicate anythign to me, Cell C is just silent. I have been askign for the delivery of the laptop for days now, begging to speak to Lerato Boishelo, even emailing her and calling her and holding for 20+ minutes at a time to speak to her, and then my call is cut without her even answering the phone. Now, I can empathise with the driver whom was hijacked, but this has nothing to do with me and i am still waiting on the device that i ordered and yet no one can answer me on anything, instead I am being ignored. I want a definitive date of delivery on the laptop and it must be the correct laptop that i ordered. When i finally did get a hold of Lerato today, i was advised that it woudl take another 2 weeks to sort this out but in the 5 working days that passed, nothign was doen to replace my order. it is really sad that i have to swear, beg and fight with Cell C to prompt action on this matter.
