Cell C Direct Sales people are ***********

I'm writing to lodge a complaint against Cell C Direct Sales Agent Kholiwe Magagula, at the Buccleuch Branch. <br> Kholiwe has proven to be *********** in her position. I ordered the 2GB Smart Chat Sim Only contract and a number port through her. After constant back and forth between her and different vetting departments at Cell C, as well as calling the courier service to see if I could get any updates as to where my sim card was, the sim card finally arrived. This whole process took almost a month to complete.<br> Upon initialising the sim, it turns out it was not the above mentioned contract, but some other prepaid account. The number was also not ported as desired. I have subsequently terminated the account. This whole experience makes me re evaluate going with Cell C, perhaps opting for Telkom Mobile instead.
