Cell C Direct imposing on privacy

I was called by a Charmain from Cell C DIRECT from a private no. Firstly i am so glad she said these call are recorded as i really think her manager should listen to the recording She called to ask me if i have an LG cell c phone and if im still using it. Which i said i am. So then she offers me a new Lg phone for R259 a month and it will give me much more data and air time as she can see that i spend to much on my contract.( which i pay R500 a month for) She tells me that , contract expires on 20th of April 2018 as i said i know that and that i will still decide in the next month if i am going to renew my contract and take a phone with more data and air time or cancelle it. With that said she informs me that according to my credit score i will not be able to afford a higher contract. MY WORD who on earth gives them the authority to go and check my credit score?? i then told her that she does not know my financial status and that in two months time i will be able to afford the highest contract that cell c has. she then also tells me that as from today i will lose all my data and air time because of the contract that i am on. i told her that i am still paying for the next two months before i decide what i want to do and that they cant take my data ect away if my contract has not expired. Well really i don"t know what she was on. i will be visiting cell c tom to find out what the hell is going on. someone calling me to tell me that if i don"t take a phone today that i will lose all my data ect and that i cant afford another phone. Well i did not tell her that i had already taken a new contract with Telkom for R750pm last week with a duel sim, so that is why i still have my old no for the next two months. really i need an explanation on this. I was really blown away with the way she spoke to me Regards Karny
