Cell C Direct Approve 2 and then Decline

Hi there <br> <br> My Partner app**** for 3 Contracts with CellC Direct and was approved for them all. Then Cell C Came back stating that they are out of stock then they told him they will give him another phone. Then They approved that and told him that they don't have stock of that device and told him that they will give him another device. Them They came back to him stating he is declined. This is a very poor service from CellC they approve you and approve you and now they declined because they do not have stock and its not our problem. They have to give you what they have if you are approved. They have been messing us around and they are just not delivering. This has been going on for about 2 week and every time there is a problem. <br> <br> They approve and approve so they must approve If they have not got stock of something you apply for. This shows me that CellC is the worst service provider in south Africa. Sorry to say that. <br>
