Cell C did not rica my number in my name

I rica my sim card at cell c store in kolonnade last year, now lost my phone and trying to do sim swap, and the consultant is telling me the number is not in my name, but when I lost my phone last year and did a sim swap, the number was rica in my name. Suddenly now the number is not in my name, so in who's name did the consultant rica the sim because I was there with my ID, I am so confused, but I noticed I have issues when I go to this store, horrible experience, still don't understand why my number is not in my name.

Please send us the RICA serial number of your new SIM card, the cellphone number you need the SIM swap for as well as a number we can contact you on.

I went back to Kolonnade store this morning, I did get a cold reception from the consultants, waited for hours until I got a phone to call customer care, then I have to go to pep to buy and rica a cellc simcard, then back at the store to wait again to get a phone, they just go about talking among themselves like I don't exist, I have to confront them again to give me a phone to call customer care. Customer care was able to do the sim swap for me, just don't understand the point of that store being there. Another day of horrible experience.

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience and the inconvenience caused thus far. We will inform the regional manager regarding the lack of customer service rendered at the store.
