Cell C did not keep their promise

Hi<br> <br> I was a cell C customer a few years ago. 2 years later, my contract was concluded and I explicitly told them I did not want to continue with the contract and they agreed. After this, I kept on getting debits from my account, sometimes R 100 (original contract amount), sometimes R 150, or even R 50.<br> I contacted them and told them I no longer had a contract, they promised to stop and fix it, but nothing. So I started reversing the payments. At this, they called and sent messages saying I am in arrears. <br> I then decided to go to the head office in Johannesburg and spoke to a lady by the name of Mashudu. She said I must let the payments go off and she will cancel my contract and also investigate so that I am reimbursed for all the money I paid even after the contract elapsed. <br> Needless to say, I never heard from her again and they took my money. Now I found out that they have taken my name to the ITC.<br> <br> I would like someone from Cell C to contact me and fix this urgently, or I will be going to the consumer commission.<br> <br> Thanks so much
