CELL C did not Help

during this very tough time that our country is facing amid the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is struggling financially. and as such, we need to take all sorts of measures to make ends meet. this is the reason why i have had to cancel my wifi data package with Cell C. However, to my dismay, i was informed by the customer care assistant that their cancellations department is closed for the duration of the lockdown. which meant that struggling people, like myself is stuck with a payment that i just cannot afford to make. i was therefore left with no choice but to go the bank to cancel the debit order set up for the monthly payment. thank you Cell C for Not Helping.
